What is Imiquad cream?

Imiquad Cream is a topical cream manufactured by Glenmark Pharmaceuticals in India to treat genital warts, superficial basal cell carcinoma, and actinic keratosis. It is thought to work by stimulating the immune system to fight the virus that causes genital warts, or by causing the cells to grow and divide more slowly. It contains Imiquimod 0.5% as the active ingredient. It is an effective treatment in some mild cases of skin cancer.
